bass players & guitarists,

i’ve been teaching myself bass over the past two days (stuff like pop crimes by rowland s. howard & she’s lost control by joy division & junkyard by the birthday party) and i need more sweet bass tunes! anyone got good recommendations? the only condition being that the bass has to be pretty audible on the recording. i’m off to skewl now so please fill my ask box with suggestions so i have a little bounty when i get home.
